A holiday in South Tyrol is pure enjoyment. Starting with breakfast, which we bring directly to your chalet, and continuing through to dinner. Just a stone's throw away, you can indulge your taste buds in traditional inns or fine restaurants – with typical South Tyrolean dishes, Mediterranean specialities or stone-baked pizza. If you prefer to cook for yourself, we recommend the grocery stores in the nearby villages. There you will find high-quality, regional food, fair trade products and organic meat and sausage products. The latter are particularly good on the barbecue!
Would you like to delight in the authentic flavours of tradition? Then head over to see Ilse at Köfelehof - we often go there too - she will be happy to welcome you and cook you a meal. If you are looking for a classic recipe, here are some examples: her excellent "tortei" and the best lasagna – using the finest products from her farm.
