Information and prices
The prices are per day per chalet for 2 persons without board, for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Children's prices & discounts: 0-5,99 years: free of charge | 6-17,99 years: 15 € per day | from 18 years/additional person: 30 € per day.
The cost for the final cleaning of the chalet is 80,00 € (for Chalet UNO 60,00 €).
During high season and over New Year's Eve, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.
The visitor's tax is € € 2,60 per person (from 14 years) and night.
Long-term bookings for periods from 14+ price on request.

Everything you need to know for your holiday
Here you will find useful information for your stay in your very own chalet.
Of course, we are always at your disposal for questions, requests and wishes.
On the day of arrival you can move into your chalet from 3pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet within 10 am. For further information on arrival and departure, please contact us at the following telephone number: +39 344 1188361.
For your very first breakfast, we will give you a gift basket with regional products: bread, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam and honey.
For the following days you are on your own: you can either shop in the village shops or order breakfast boxes from the nearby pizzeria/restaurant "LAUGEN". These will also be delivered directly to the chalets.
Pets are only allowed on request in the chalets MOMO, NONO1, NONO2 and UNO.
Cost: € 15 per animal and day
Chalet Pino and Chalet Karom are pet-free.
Please also note that pets are not allowed to move freely in the complex.
During your stay, you can use our WiFi free of charge.
For environmental reasons, the Finnish forest sauna is only switched on on request. You can relax after a sauna session directly in the forest. Cold water is available for showering (only in summer).
For the use of the forest sauna, a contribution towards energy costs of € 20 per sauna use á 2 hours will be charged.
Our fire bowl provides cosy evenings with stick bread and interesting conversations. Please inform us before use and note that the fire bowl may only be used when accompanied by adults.
Attention: We are in the forest - fire hazard!
You can pay your bill either the evening before your departure or the morning of your departure. You are welcome to pay with Visa, MasterCard or cash.
